Correct JD. Have you ever heard about some of those "old" laws that, while no longer enforced, have never been rescinded? In some respects, these gun laws have a similar problem. Granted, fewer of them are either unenforced (as a percentage of the total laws) or antiquated. So many of the gun laws for the last 80 years are like the layers of an onion with one law on top of an older law.
And, if we were to cut to the heart of that "onion", the smell would be even more repellent.

Crimefree is correct about the incremental factor. Every year, the now more than 22,000 gun control laws on the roll grows. Until 1911 there were virtually none.

Communusts, as we know from Marx and Lenin, are very patient. They play the long game. We do have to get more than serious and shut them down now.

Crimefree - the problem is that the "public" that "supports" these groups have been MISLED these groups. In addition, the majority of their support actually come from these elitist lowlifes like Soros and Bloomnut.

The end to such people is when they cannot get public support and that applies directly to gun control as well. None of these social engineering advocacy (propaganda) organisations would exist if it were not for the public support they all need.

I simply cannot figure out why firearm organisation do absolutely nothing of real value in removing that public support as it is the ONLY way to win.

The constitution cannot be overthrown without apathy from the public and that is what firearm organisation offer. Apathy. They do not advise members why their rights are important and are not divisible in the slightest. They do not advise members to protect their good name and record while gun control tars them calling them names and accusing them of fuelling crime all but pulling the trigger themselves. They do not help or train members to be effective in countering their public announcements and attacks. In fact organisations are experts at losing this fight and hopelessly ignorant and uncaring of winning. There are a few exceptions in grass roots activism that make the effort but even that is localised and directed only at a current issue.

No organisation has ever published a long term goal or objective. They have no idea of where they are going nor do they care as long as some growing group of elitists can pass requirements and still shoot.

When is somebody going to wake up and figure gun control is not a joke and is winning this fight. That is not even in the slightest doubt. Count the new laws growing every year each one a stepping stone and thread in the noose around firearm ownership neck. The tightening noose that will strangle it.

Of course we can sit down and wait until we have to fight for our lives. That sounds like a sensible plan and we can avoid many years of ensuring it does not happen and can never happen again because we know better than allowing such organisations to slander our rights and name.
