    Question Obama gun

OK, 'fess up. Who's bought a post-election Obama gun?

I tried to resist, but finally broke down and ordered a new AR upper today. I'm also thinking about buying that CZ 452 I've been wanting for years. Not that I'm particularly worried that the Dems will try to ban bolt-action .22's, but every gun cabinet should have at least one good .22 rifle and mine is sadly lacking.

I have not bought anything yet, though I am thinking of a .44 magnum though in honor() of the 44th president.

I had already purchased them, but my S&W 17-6 and a 50th Ann. Ruger MKII both came in on election day. So I filled out the paperwork on them.

I bought two AR lowers the other day - but I had been planning on that also.

I don't think the Dems will try a ban until after mid-term elections - but that's must my opinion.

I buy guns constantly. No need for a special purchase.

The Dems aren't going to have control after the mid terms. They're probably going to want to lynch Zero themselves, too.

    I don't have an 'O Gun'.

Yup. He'll have plenty of friends to help though. All his friends from Chicago. All his friends from the Joyce Foundation, and ACORN, etc. etc.

But, no, I did not buy an Obama gun. I bought a Heller gun.

Every gun purchase since 2006 has been on the assumption that 2008 could be a bad one.

I'm finishing my post-democratic-senate AR-15 as of this week.
I bought the lower then, and I'm now finishing it.

I had an older Taurus 85 transfered by my FFL on election day.

Finishing up a .22LR AR-15 pistol build, as well.

i've been planning and buying my next 6.8 SPC AR build in detail for the last month, My CC got charged for the lower on election day (It was ordered prior to then). I am however planning a build based on a Lower I intend to order this week in response to the election. Then I need to find that DPMS lower that is somewhere in my closet and build it.

I picked up a Glock 30, S&W PC 586 L-comp, and I just found an older (pre 80) Model 29. None of them are likely to be banned but I feel better.

Silly RNB65, an AR upper isn't a firearm! It's as though you're trying to make sure it's remembered in any future AWB or something!

Also, I went and put a Saiga-12 on layaway the other day and bought a 10-rd mag for it. If I had the cash, I'd get a drum for it, too. I figure that a black AK-pattern semiautomatic shotgun with curved magazine is probably among the most likely candidates for causing PSH.

If I had the money, this would also be a good time to buy a PLR-16, Su-16, or SUB-2000.

A CZ VZ58 would seem like a gamble: it looks an awful lot like an AK, but it's little-enough known that it might be overlooked.

Finished my AR build on Wednesday (Nov 5) with the order of my upper... The timing just sort of occurred that way as I sold a few guns and some other things to cover the cost... Good thing... Pickins was slim... Monday before the election I put my order in for a Pre-Revolutionary Kentucky spark thrower kit... To keep me occupied this winter Should arrive early next month... I'm already feeding brass to the lawn with the AR... makes nice neat piles
