Forming obsolete (and not so obsolete) cases

When I was looking at a Mauser 1891 Argentine, some of my research mentioned that the cases for it could be formed from a variety of other cases. My question is how is that done? Are there special die you can buy or what?

Normaly you can buy the dies from RCBS and others, it its a case taking seceral steps or useing odd ball brass, for the Argi I believ its either 06 or 8mm brass which would be a simple one

1891 Argentine: 7.65X53; Take 308 case, run into 7.65X53 full length sizing die, it will open case mouth properly, load with correct data, careful not to use data for 1909 model, and shoot. The cases start out 2MM short but will grow as they are loaded and fired. I have been doing this for well over 20 years and it works well.
