    Semi-Auto Photo Thread

Did a search and we apparently don't have a standing photo thread in the Semi-Auto Handgun Forum.

Let's see what you are proud of (pistols, photo technique, or both)

I'll start with a photo of my S&W Model 39-2 equipped with factory ajustable sights (both windage and elevation). Evidently, some were so equipped although I suspect most were added on later. Normally, the 39 series came from Smith & Wesson with a windage-only adjustable rear leaf.

9mm, DA/SA action, anodized aluminum receiver, steel slide, single stack 8-round magazine, factory checkered wood grips. An elegant Smith & Wesson pistol from the days before plastic...

Smith offered this aftermarket Lollipop sight back when the 39 was in production...

    Verrry Nice collection there SF.

Spent a little time in Baghdad as well (IZ & SOTF-C) and similiar playtime with Jundi toys.

Any man who posts his CZs right up front shows superlative taste in weapons!

I do like the Glock. I set up an end-of-tour SOTF Glock purchase during one rotation. Regretfully, I didn't get one...set my sights (and my wallet) on buying a Python instead.

You're observant. Front and Rear are Trijicon night sights.

It's been a while since I've been here.
Got some new ones and reworked some old ones.

Kimber super carry custom, it's off to Robar right now for a refinish and I have some VZ grips waiting for it to get here.

Novak reworked the Champion Operator for me

Colt Compact with some Metaloy finish and Novak package.
I know this is a semi auto thread but I just rescued this pinned and recessed S&W model 19. It was in bad shape before but now it shoots like a champ.
