When I started carrying, back in '89, it was a Combat Commander IWB, which concealed nicely. However, the problem of the cover garment got me to trying different options--including a belt pouch that was called a 'colostomy bag'.

I finally settled on carry in the right-front trouser pocket. Currently, my CCW is a J-frame, but I have also carried a Kel-Tec PF9. When I can practice enough to regain proficiency, I may go back to it.

Ya know, the original premise of this thread was to show how I did get a larger firearm to conceal easily with the right holster and right belt. It has certainly morphed over time.

    It does rarely occur
As you illustrated so well, full-size pistols can be well-concealed with relative comfort. In my case, factors other than comfort came into consideration.

Actually, it seems to me it's stayed pretty on topic.

This is a forum. We discuss things here. If you want to make a statement without discussion you should have blogged it with comments off. But then we would have found the blog article, copied it in its entirety to post here, and had our discussion without you.
