I'll be harsh, only because I can see potential for something really good. The word after pilsner can't be seen due to the font colour. Cosmetically, I would remove the Czech Flag and coat of arms...though it may be an American thing because I have a Serb friend who is obsessed with the Serbian Flag and its Coat of Arms. Aside from that the only other critique that I have is having the gunsmith blurb. It doesn't really fit well with the rest of the poster.
The best thing to think about is who is your target audience? Post to them. Forget everyone else and try to connect to your target audience.

That being said, I've had the opportunity to interact with some Czechs when I was in Afghanistan. It's a great country, though you all have a strange sense of humour. To the others reading this: He's right. The Czechs have some smokin hot women.

Hmmmmm.... Pilsner Urquell may be the best Pilsner in the world, but I don't think it's the best beer in the world! Of course, that is subjective so we'll let it pass!

Aaryq is correct that the font gets lost in the image. And also, why not show CZ rifles and handguns. They are among the best in the world, almost certainly the best in their price point.

The yellow text over the picture collage is hard to read.

Capitalize the first letter of the sentence of your bullet points.

Maybe change the yellow text to medium blue for easier reading.

If you ever get to visit the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Poland, etc..... Do. It. No excuses. You will not regret it.

P.S. The geography/history/culture is pretty good to, and much of the food is fantastic.

Today I was fixing my flat bike tire in a theatre entrance, and the young lady manning the counter was exquisite. Very pretty brunette in a girl-next-door kind of way, her long brown hair in a ponytail and quite buxom.

Unfortunately, too many people appeared so I could not compliment her by saying I'd get involved in a land war with Russia if she promised to marry me...

For text over varying colors the letters need to be outlined with a contrasting color. Black outline with white letters just about covers all situations.

You might not want to brag on Czech much; just look at what happened to Florida.

And, oh yeah, isn’t there another number between 3 and 5?

No need to show all of the gun case; use that space for pics of girls.

I’ll agree on the beer but Urquell is hard to find at times around here. I can’t take American beer; it’s sweet enough to put on pancakes at breakfast.

I like the poster, just needs tweaking.
