Suggested updates for site?

I notice when clicking on a thread, the READ FIRST UNREAD POST has been both moved to the right side of the screen, and with its current color, you can't see it unless you move your mouse over it and it 'lights up' (took me a while to realize it was still there, although in a different location).

It would be nice if it could be moved back to the far left as in the older version, and the font color definitely needs to be changed so it's not hidden!

Over on THR (still using the older version), I can click on NEW POSTS, open a thread, and click on READ FIRST UNREAD POST, all on the same side of the screen. With this updated version, you have to bounce left, right, left with ye olde mouse - the old version was much nicer - it was just click, click, click to get to new unread posts - all done on the same side of the screen, and in the same area.

What can I say...I'm just lazy (what with all this mouse moving)!

As I keep responding to these threads, the "upgrade" isn't complete yet.

The site is still in "mid-upgrade limbo", where the core software was installed, and the database (all our posts and member info) was plugged in, but none of the decorations (how it looked before the upgrade started) have been put in place yet.

The colors and forum image you see here have been enabled via te web frontend by an admin with restricted (to the backend) access.

When a full-access admin gets around to it, I fully expect the complete theme that was in use before the upgrade will get installed and enabled.
