I'll just take care of this one right here rather than at Guntalk-Online.

Don't feel bad, you're not the only one to have accomplished this feat over the last year. What you have is a magazine that is caught on the mag safety disconnector hook and the upper window of the magazine body. The harder you pull the worse it gets. What you need is a long thin piece of metal, about eight inches long and a half inch wide, bent into a 90° angle along the length. Slide the metal up on the rear, right side corner of the magazine well, between the frame and the mag body until it stops. Push gently upward, into the mag well, on both the magazine and the metal lever together. Then hold the lever in place and pull downward on just the mag. That should release the hook from inside the mag body and allow it to pull free.
