Apparently a new series on PBS. I thought it sounded interesting, DVRed the first episode, and it turned out to be surprisingly good. The first episode was all about the Commerce Clause and interstate commerce. They briefly touched on how some states are passing intrastate firearm freedom laws and spent a bit more time on marijuana. They visited a medical marijuana dispensary in CA. I thought both the MN 2A supporter and the dispensary owner were quite well spoken.

The show gave a pretty good explanation of Wickard v. Filburn and how it began the era of the Feds regulating anything and everything they pleased. Thanks FDR

Near the end of the show one of the guys they talked to made the very good point that it's important to keep much of government at the state level because then citizens can vote with their feet.
