    Nevada certifies anti-gun petitions but rights group to fight ‘irregularities’

    Citing “irregularities” and “violations of Nevada state laws,” an activist group yesterday ramped up its fight against a gun control initiative that was certified Monday, the latest chapter in a campaign there that resembles the recent Initiative 594 battle in Washington.

    Since when have the majority of these "anti" groups observed the "letter" and "intent" of the law?
