Aroostook,Maine is correct. And the Missouri is the longest river in North America.

Click here for a list of the longest rivers in North America.

J.T. gets one point as he did answer at least 3 of the 5 correctly.

Score to this point: Grmlin 3
    J.T. 2

A field goal and a safety! Exciting, isn't it?!

We'll take a few days off for Veterans Day and return Thursday. We can then hope that there will be more participation. But then we can hope that pigs will someday fly and unicorns will appear on South Beach.

It seems like a long, long shot at this point.

Excellent! All correct. Those lines are very cool to me. I got a thousand more!

You got 4 points, Joe. I hope you had a fine Veterans Day in Carolina. I certainly did in Miami. It's amazing how people appreciate us now.

It took awhile but who's counting? I lost a good bit of my hearing in those M60 tanks and ranges. However,I would never trade the experience of being a soldier for anything in the whole wide world!

    Say Goodnight, Folks.

Time to put this sad puppy to sleep. I know this forum has shriveled down from hundreds of weekly participants to a few dozen.

Whatever the scenario, only 2 people are bothering to participant in this thread. That being the case, I'm a idiot for even starting it, and would be an even bigger idiot if I try to continue it, coming up with questions every day for another 5 weeks for 2 people!

Joe and J.T, I appreciate your efforts. PM me your mailing addresses and the 2 of you can split the Amazon cards. $25 each. They will be mailed out December 15.

Didn't do anything, slept in to almost 0730. I know sitting next to a diesel engine is no fun, can't imagine what it was like to pretty much sit in one. My high pitch is very bad except for the ringing no one else seems to notice. The wife doesn't get it when I tell her she either needs to talk up or we need to be looking at each other. If we could just get the VA unscrewed. I'm to young to always be in pain, and the VA treat's it like it's nothing. I haven't been back since they closed up for the day and left me in an exam room, not a good feeling when you look out into the hall and the lights are off luckily an office worker was still there. There are a lot of good people working for the VA, unfortunately they have idiots in charge.
