AP investigation on cop gun sales overblown?

Does AP Analysis of Police Gun Sales Exaggerate a Problem?

An Associated Press analysis showing that “more than a dozen guns” sold by police agencies in Washington State since 2010 have turned up in subsequent investigations, but a bit of work with a pocket calculator suggests that this is the case with a relative handful of guns.

How many resold police cars are used by felons? Less then 2 per year, I think stolen police guns have about the same rate. Criminals are always going to break the law and not follow it period!

I would trust a hundred honest people with atom bombs infinitely more than a criminal with a dull stick.

If the ends sought cannot be achieved through the means granted to the Federal Government in the Constitution, there is neither a need nor the power for the Federal Government to get involved.. B.E.Wood
