Good news for Cliven Bundy, etc.

Not only did this judge dismiss all charges against Cliven Bundy, she did it with "extreme prejudice". That means it is OVER.
The prosecution can NOT re-try Bundy !

I'm glad the case has been dumped. If the good hadn't stood up for and with the Bundys, heaven knows what suffering at the hands of the JBT's would have been foisted upon them.

It seems to me that every Democrat administration of late has endeavored to push the limits, seemingly to see how far they will be able to assert their untoward usurpations of power before they run into a brick wall. They hit a rubber one this time. They bounced back further than they gained in my perception.

Good question. In my view, those responsible need to be brought up to answer for their actions. There are likely some "higher ups" in that cabal of responsible persons as well.

I'd love it if this was the case every time. Of course they should answer for their actions. Realistically though, I'm not expecting a thing to happen.

A view of recent history says you are correct in thinking nothing will happen. Waco, Ruby Ridge, Fast and Furious, Closet Servers, and who knows what else demonstrate the trend. But boy, can they make things up when it comes to Republicans!
