Pro Gun Dating - Americans Own More Guns Than Military

Pro-gun dating site aims to connect Second-Amendment lovers

A new dating site has its sights set on targeting lovers – lovers of the Second Amendment and the National Rifle Association, that is.

Pro-Gun Dating, which now says it has tens of thousands of users, “aims to connect like-minded patriotic Americans who cherish and believe in our Constitutional right to bear arms,” according to the site’s Facebook Page. “In the wake of a renewed push to completely dismantle Americans’ gun rights through the destruction of the Second Amendment, ProGunDating.com fills a massive void. It’s a place where gun owners can meet, talk, and not feel like they’re forced to hide their love of firearms.”

Whoa: Americans Have Bought More Guns In the Past Two Months Than Our Military Has On Hand
May was another solid month in gun sales, with over two millionbackground checks being run according to the FBI. Yet, Stephen Gutowski of The Washington Free Beacon also touched upon the Small Arms Survey, which showed that Americans own 393 million of the one billion-plus firearms in worldwide circulation. So, while we’re not the majority owner of all guns worldwide, Gutowski broke down some interesting aspects of this report. First, that in the last two months alone, Americans have bought more guns that our entirely military has on hand, and that Americans bought more guns in 2017 than every police agency in the world did combined:

Reuters editor apologizes, could be disciplined after blaming Capital Gazette shooting on Trump

A top editor at Reuters apologized on Thursday night after blaming President Trump for the deadly Capital Gazette shooting in a now-deleted tweet that was sent during a “state of emotional distress,” but he might still be disciplined by the international news service.

Reuters Breakingviews Editor Rob Cox admitted that he “responded emotionally and inappropriately” after being called out for jumping to conclusions prior to the facts emerging. Police said the suspected gunman, eventually identified as Jarrod W. Ramos, targeted the newspaper after a lengthy feud regarding a 2012 defamation lawsuit.

Reuters Editor Blames Trump for Annapolis Newsroom Shooting: ‘Blood on Your Hands’

Rob Cox, Global Editor for Thomson Reuters’ Breakingviews vertical, said the Capital Gazette newspaper shooting was a direct response to President Donald Trump’s criticism of the mainstream media.

This is what happens when @realDonaldTrump calls journalists the enemy of the people. Blood is on your hands, Mr. President. Save your thoughts and prayers for your empty soul.

That 270 million civilian owned firearms is a rather low number. Some estimates come close to 400 million, with 300+ being very conservative.

Even after all the "buybacks" and the F&F guns that were illegally exported.

Oh, and did you notice that the TaG article is almost a year old.
The only common sense gun regulations were written about 227 years ago.

    Ban gangs, not guns!
